Meet
NSEC's career exhibition provides the opportunity to learn more about the employers at NSEC. Recruiters and hiring managers will set up booths and spend an evening meeting with students and answering questions.
By this point, you should have a general idea of the positions you are interested in and other information about the company such as their mission, vision, and culture. This is a great opportunity to put a face to your resume and network with employers.
Interview
Finish the the climb with on-site interviews. Recruiters and hiring managers have the opportunity to schedule private one-on-one interviews on the final day of the conference. Make sure to apply to positions you're interested in well ahead of the
conference if you want a chance to interview!
